The 'LOC' method is way of hydrating and retaining the moisture of dry hair. L: Liquid (water) O: Oil C: Cream

My hair is naturally wavy, long and very thick. It gets extremely frizzy and dry due to hot weather nearly all year in Florida. My wavy strands are unruly unless I use tons of product to maintain style for just a few hours. I usually spend hours heat styling my hair several times a week to smooth it out. It’s such a hassle!
